Manufacture New York is a fashion incubator and factory serving emerging and independent fashion designers. Their new Brooklyn campus will feature management offices, a design incubator, tech annex and small run factory.  A dynamic central path stretches the length of the building linking all of the programs and serving as a common space in which all of its inhabitants and visitors commingle.  To the east, the path begins with the main reception area and retail spaces. Informal galleries, meeting spaces and events activate the length of the corridor while providing glimpses and passages into MNY spaces in-between the cascading walls. The path terminates at a light-filled event space and food court.
