Culinary Incubator │ Crown Heights │ Brooklyn, NY

The Culinary Incubator is a multi-functional teaching and gathering space aimed at training and educating the next generation of New York restaurateurs, chefs, bakers, composters, sommeliers, mixologists and brewers. Funded in part by the New York City Economic Development Corporation this project builds on the owner’s long experience in teaching the public through their motto “WORK + LEARN + MAKE”. This project has the potential to be a manifestation of our holistic sustainable design praxis where the end use is as environmentally friendly as the designed facility.
